INTRODUCTION

We are the Charter Vanguard, a fun-loving kurzick guild formed for the purpose of playing Guild Wars.

Set up in May 2004 during the E3 for Everyone event, CV still thrives to this day with the continued visitor-ship of dedicated members, whether it be over the forums or in the game itself.

We're a laid back, warm bunch of friends who enjoy conversations, guild outings, games, fan-fic, fan-art and discussions over the forum. We love to share a good laugh together, having in-game parties and snapping synced group pictures.

It's the sense of camaraderie that keeps us coming back, time and again. Several members have gone as far as to meet each other in real life after getting acquainted within the guild, thus expanding the definition of what CV truly is.

REGIONS

The membership of CV is spread over USA/Canada, as well as a large portion in Europe, and all the way down to Asia/Australia.

ACTIVITY

August headcount stands at 37 members online within the day, with 187 members in total.

GW2 applications stands at 65.

ALLIANCE

We have recently joined with the Everlasting Sacred Path alliance. A large and lively alliance, even over the more 'quiet' days of GW1.

CV IN GW2

We have decided upon having Henge of Denravi as our home server, a server also dominated by our allies in order for the better planning of events and organized WvW. Come along with us for the ride, and find yourself a family of friendly and fun fellow gamers! A GW2 section has been set up on the forums for applications, discussions and information updates.

* You do not need a GW1 account to apply for the GW2 wing of the guild.

* Forum registration and the submission of an application over the forum is a MUST for all who are interested in to join.
